What makes our repair service different?
When we carry out a repair, we advise our customers of the cost upfront and don’t proceed with any repairs unless the customer is happy with the advance price given. We never replace parts unless they are necessary or without the customer’s prior consent.
How much does a repair cost?
We want to make our pricing as straightforward and transparent as possible when it comes to repairs. So many companies will confuse you with complicated jargon and costs.
Our hourly rate for boiler repairs is £50 per hour. Your parts would be an addition to this cost. The pricing can of boiler parts can of course vary but we can give you a price for your repair before we even start and we can often have the relevant parts in our van so we can get the heat back in your home very quickly.
We Take Gas Safety Very Seriously.
Your safety is incredibly important to us. We're Gas Safe registered and all of our engineers are all highly trained to work on gas appliances, we would never hire any employee who would put you, your family or your home on risk.
Research from Gas Safe Register reveals that unqualified gas fitters do a quarter of a million illegal gas jobs each year. These illegal rogue traders are carrying out this work without the skills or the qualifications to work safely on gas. You should never hire anyone to carry out any level of Gas work for your without asking them to present their Gas Safe card or number – all our engineers will be more than happy to display this for you.
